every day, so that would be the best way to contact me.
In my stories of "THE ROAD TO MY GRANDPARENTS CLINE....", I know that
some of the facts I've forgotten or remembered incorrectly.
The family members that you could contact about my Grandparents Cline
home place on the hill and back of Burketown is Mother's younger sister next
to her and my Aunt Ruth or Mother's baby brother and my Uncle Lester who
are both still alive today.

THE ROAD TO MY GRANDPARENTS CLINE....
We always ate Sunday dinner in a big long, maybe painted white room running
from the north to south as you entered the room. There was a garden in the back
that you could see from the room and also the farm fields beyond. I believe the
room was built some time later than the original house because it looked like it
didn't fit in to the original construction.
If I have counted right, there were about 22 family members attending the
Sunday dinners, but I'm little vague on where everyone set. My Aunt Esther
was good at organizing things, so I believe that she helped with the dinner
and the seating under grandmother's tutelage.
My Grandfather Cline.
Maybe I haven't told you before, but my Grandfather Caricofe left the
family early to fend for the themselves financially. I only saw him one time and
he spoke not a word to me, but to Father who I was with at the time.
Grandfather Cline remained loyal to his family all of his life and I saw him
many times, but just like Grandfather Caricofe, "he spoke not a word to me."....
TO BE CONTINUED....

Anti-obesity Compound Turns 'Bad' Fat to 'Good' Fat
By David Alliot | Monday, 17 Oct 2016
"New research suggests that a test chemical added to the diet of mice
effectively converted bad "white" fat to metabolism-raising good "brown" fat.
Brown fat raises metabolism, which helps reduce weight.
Published in The FASEB Journal, the research shows that when the chemical,
called beta-LGND2, was added to the diet of a test group of mice they became
leaner with higher body temperature — indicating higher metabolism.
Researchers at the Department of Medicine and Director of the Center for
Cancer Drug Discovery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center
used three groups of mice to test their theory. One group, the control group,
was fed a normal diet. The two other groups were fed a high-fat diet to make
them obese. Out of the two groups, one had the test component beta-LGND2
added to its diet, which is activated by estrogen receptors.
That group exhibited weight-loss and higher metabolism characteristics.
Thoru Pederson, editor-in-chief of The FASEB Journal, said, "The notion that
the fat in our bodies comes in two physiological forms has long been known,
but here we have the intriguing prospect of a beneficial pharmacological
switch.""

Social Security recipients to get tiny increase in benefits External link

"There was no increase this year. Next year's benefit hike will be small
because inflation is low, driven in part by lower fuel prices. The COLA
affects more than 70 million people — about one in five Americans.
The federal government is scheduled to announce the cost-of-living
adjustment, or COLA, Tuesday morning...."
MY OPINION
I already know what I'll get. $3.
To whom it may concern: (in the US government)
Keep the $3. You'll need it to run your fat and bloated government.

IRAQ MOSUL - Villagers rebel against IS occupiers as battle to liberate Mosul

"The Iraqi Army cleared the Islamic State from two towns overnight during
their operation to liberate Iraq's second largest city Mosul from the jihadist
group which continued on Tuesday. Inhabitants of al-Hud and al-Lazzagah
rebelled against the IS and killed nine of their soldiers...."
MY OPINION
It has been a long time coming, but vengeance against the Islamic State, is
finally coming in the form of Kurdish and Iraqi military forces, US lead in the
taking back of the Iraqi city of Mosul.
I told you before that I believe in vengeance here on earth and not in Heaven.
Now, I'm satisfied with that.

Taunting Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton Pushes Into Red States
By MATT FLEGENHEIMER and JONATHAN MARTINOCT. 17, 2016
"Hillary Clinton’s campaign is planning its most ambitious push yet into
traditionally right-leaning states, a new offensive aimed at extending
her growing advantage over Donald J. Trump while bolstering down-ballot
Democrats in what party leaders increasingly view as a possible wave
election.
Signaling extraordinary confidence in Mrs. Clinton’s electoral position
and a new determination to deliver a punishing message to Mr. Trump
and Republicans about his racially tinged campaign, her aides said Monday
that she would aggressively compete in Arizona, a state with a growing
Hispanic population that has been ground zero for the country’s heated
debate over immigration."

updated 15 October 2016 Hillary Clinton 49% Donald Trump 40%
30 September 2016 Hillary Clinton 48% Donald Trump 46%"
MY OPINION
It is about a month now until election day and Hillary Clinton continues to move
upward in the polls.
As seen from above, Clinton lead by only 2 points on 30 September, but now,
in just about 18 days has increased her lead to 10.
The media, who are making huge profits covering this election, are making
much to do about Trump's tapes and talk of rigged elections. They also
continue to talk about the Clinton emails and her election team is continually
faced with how to deal with that.
And also I'm kind of confused. Trump wants to help start businesses so that
people can work for a living. Clinton wants to give money to people who
don't want to work for a business. So, what's right, working your arse off or
sitting on your arse? Beats me!
I do not know if there has every been an election that seems like a circus.
Why don't they call on Barnum and Bailey, and with a stage in center ring,
let them fight it out.
Just my opinion, of course.

IN THE FLOWER GARDEN WITH FORREST CARICOFE
I planted about half the flower bulbs yesterday and I'm sure, now, that I can
plant the rest before the next frost. Even though it's going to be in the low 80's
again today, I have other things I have to do today.
A cold front following a rain pattern will be coming in from the northwest and
that will bring the temperatures down to low 50's, but I certainly can work in
that.
