BACK TO OUR HOUSE ON OTTOBINE ROAD....
CONTINUED FROM YESTERDAY....
I told you yesterday about the Ace Hardware being there today but back then
(about 1954) it was the Farm Bureau. Just up from that just recently (maybe about
2014) was a farrier (horse shoe business), but he had to sell out to Ace Hardware
who wanted to expand to accommodate those fertilizing vehicles that took more
than their lane of traffic and you could drive your car between the wheels.
Walk a little ways north and there was the parking lot for Perdue employees.
Across the street straight or catty-cornered were an insurance agency, two pizza
places and a gym for those who wanted to pay to exercise. While still looking
to right, there is a street to the right that dead-ends into an apartment complex.
The next landmark is what has already been talked about when we were on our
way to my Grandparent Cline's home for Sunday afternoon dinner. The
cemetery where most of my Caricofe's side of the family have been laid to rest.
I believe I told you before, but I want to tell it again.
My Uncle Jack Wimer. He is my Aunt May's husband who is buried in this cemetery
and she is my Father's younger sister.
Without acclaim, he takes care of all the Caricofe burial places. It's very difficult
to do like Jesus said, maybe, because I don't read the Bible much: "Do something
good and don't tell anyone." But Uncle Jack tried and if it wasn't me seeing and
talking to him one day, maybe no one would ever have known....

WORLD
Just heard on TV (4:24 PM 11/21/2016 EDT) that Japan has had a major earthquake
and tsunami warnings are out. Updates will follow.
The earthquake (4:31 PM 11/21/2016 EDT) is 7.3 on the Richter Scale and residents
along the shoreline affected are advised to move inland immediately to escape
the onrush of the tsunami.
(5:02 PM 11/21/2016 EDT) Tsunami wave might be up to ten feet moving now
towards Fukushima and is not breaking thru the seawalls.
(5:06 PM 11/21/2016) Now they say 5 to 10 foot waves accompanied by aftershocks.
Udate: all Tsunami warnings have been cancelled (3:51 AM 11/22/2016) for Japan's
Pacific coast with only minor injuries. The Japan Meteorological Agency has said
that another large earthquake could occur and warned resident to remain cautious
for the next week or so.

Besides me having a healthy attitude, I eat very well which is part of the URL of
my web site www.iliveinmycarandeatverywell.com. I don't live in my car now,
of course, but I started this writing (typing) in Las Vegas and I did live in my car.
My choice.
My main meat part of my diet is canned fish. Low in calories and high in protein
and other nutrients like Omega 3 whatever that is and bone in.
I also eat a variety of canned fruits and vegetables. I keep all of these foods in a
small refridgerator in plastic or original containers and eat just one spoonful
each day of each. Well, except for mussels smoked in oil the company having
the same name as my brother, Roland. I usually cheat a little bit on this and
have probably about 5 spoonfuls per day.

*Jurgen Klinsmann was fired as U.S. Soccer Coach.

played in Mexico City in more than a decade.

THE US PRESIDENT ELECT
*Just heard on TV that Donald Trump will be moving into the White House right
after his inauguration, but the First Lady, Melania and son Barron won't move
from New York to the White House until their son finishes school.
*Donald Trump continues to meet with possible candidates for cabinet positions,
saying that his choices "will make America great again.
*Trump also promised there would not be any conflicts of interest and his business
dealings would be handled by family members. But his meeting with some India
businessmen has caused some concern.
*The president-elect is very taken by Marine General "Mad Dog" Mattis for
Secretary of Defense. The rule is that the appointee must be retired for 7 years,
but General Mattis has been only retired for 3. The general conception is that
Congress will vote and override and waiver that 7 year ruling.
*They keep harping on conflicts of interests. Why don't you give him a little
time. He has been a businessman all of his life and it's going to take him a while
to change to being a politician.
You know who I'm listening to don't you. Yeah, you guessed it. Its CNN and The
Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer.
*Wolf Blitzer just said that the president-elect works 18 hours a day working to
establish his cabinet. I'm usually awake 18 hours a day and the President elect
is 3 years younger than me. I don't know why I said that? It just seemed the right
thing to do.
*The are talking on CNN about Trump's relationship with Hollywood. That
described it as contentious. Trump gets along well with the Hollywood moguls,
but invites confrontations when others are critical to those loyal to him like when
the producers of Broadway musical, 'Hamilton' were critical in speaking
of his vice-president, Mike Pence.
*Trump in a 2 and 1/2 minute video talked about his plan for the nation just after
his inauguration and in his first 100 days.
*The alt-right (racists) who are basically isolationists, have embraced Trump
as their champion. Trump has as yet to reply formally to their stance although
he said during his campaign that he was opposed to their philosophy.
Update: CNN wants the president-elect to do more in denouncing the alt-right.

To the garage (2:08 AM 11/22/2016 EDT) for my first pot of coffee. About 32 but
it feels warmer. I don't believe the wind chill can be higher than the temperature,
but who knows.
I have two identical HP 15 computers and the wi-fi was working, but now the
internet is working for the computer that is connected to by the ether-net cable.
I took it through the troubleshooting steps, but no dice. So I'm working on the
computer where I stand to type and listening to your favorite TV news program,
CNN, Wolf Blitzer is probably getting his 12 hours sleep.
I'll switch computers after a bit to copy and paste the weather report from Google
News and maybe some other things for today's blog.
Back out to the garage (4:01 AM 11/22/2016 EDT) to make my second pot of coffee
and my breakfast sandwich special of the day. Wild caught King Oscar by special
royal permission, two layer 12-22 fish of the finest bristling sardines in extra virgin
olive oil and packed in Poland. Two hundred and forty calories, cholesterol
50mg 17%, sodium 300mg 13%, protein 14g, vitamin A 6%, calcium 30% and
iron 6%, all based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Mustard and two slices of 100% whole
wheat bread. Wow!
I was able to spread level the piles of dirt that I had brought back from the
southwestern corner flower bed. Today I plan to to bring about two more
loads from the back and if can finally get the dried wire weed and some other
paper and wood products burned in the fire pit, I will have another two loads
of very good dirt at the bottom to bring up to continually leveling the yard.
