STORIES OF MY LIFE AND TOLD IN ONE DAY....

Let's just pretend I'm a citizen of Aleppo, Syria where war between the dictator of

that country, President Bashar al-Assad, refuses to step down from leadership

although he has treated his people much like the dictator in North Korea. The

Syrian Civil War started because of the unrest of the 2011 Arab Spring which

was a series of anti-government protests, uprisings and armed rebellions that

spread across the Middle East in early 2011.

Assad attempted to quell the revolt with violence, but the Civil War has grown

from a fight between Assad's government troops and the rebels to others who

want claim to the region because of geography, politics or/and religion.

Just imagine the bombings, rocket fire, machine gun and rifle fire, and the

constant threats of being beheaded, executed and/or buried alive by ISIS or

similar atrocities imposed by others fighting on both sides of this conflict. This

is a war where the Geneva Conventions rules do no apply.

What would you do as a citizen of Aleppo if confronted by death? No, don't

answer that, I'll give you my answer. I would not BEG for my life. I would FIGHT

with all I had to live.

And if I'm a U.S. citizen which I am and the enemy crossed our borders and

confronted me? Same answer.

WE CELEBRATE TODAY

*Data Privacy Day.

There ain't no data privacy because everytime I go to a doctor they have to have

my SSN (social security number). And because there ain't no data privacy, I might

as well give my SSN to you. My last four are 1736. You can figure the rest out

yourself.

*Today is the first day of the lunar Year of the Rooster in China and families will

travel to reunite with friends and family for food, fireworks and festivities. One

of the items on the menu is chicken feet. Sounds scrumptious to me.

WORLD

*Officials in Chile have announced a "state of emergency" because of out of

control wildfires plaguing the South American country.

*A Syrian girl, Bana Alabed, age 7, with assistance from her English speaking

Mother, has already informed the world of the atrocities and devastation that

are occurring in Aleppo from her Twitter account. She now has written and read

a letter asking President Trump to save her friends.

*Trump has signed an executive detailing "extreme vetting" (make a careful and

critical examination of) for refugees.

*The President has signed one of many executive orders banning all people from

terror related countries for 90 days. A person in Trump's administration says these

countries, along with their U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visas issued in 2015,

are Libya; 1,409,Yemen; 7,668, Somalia; 1,409, Iran; 42,542, Iraq; 15,509,

Syria; 11,962 and the Sudan; 2,153.

Homeland Security will be given the authority to accept refugee claims based on

religious persecution as long as it's a minority religion in the refugees's nation

of birth. This would make it more difficult for a Muslim refugee in a Muslim

country than a Christian in a Muslim country to immigrate.

Trump's executive order also stops the Visa Interview Waiver Program which

enabled travelers to the U.S. for the 2nd time or more to forgo the in-person

interview to renew their visa. The order will now mean an in-person interview

each time they want to renew their visa.

HEALTH

*8:33 AM 1/28/2017 EST. I'm about to finish loading my pill boxes for another 28

days of taking drugs and supplements. It ain't my favorite thing to do but after it's

over I'm right proud of myself. I ran out that "Miracle Pill of the Century" I told you

about (turmeric curcunin) so I'll have to buy some more when I go to Walmart on

Sunday. They're expensive, but if I buy two-to-a-pack I'll save a little and, I believe,

there well worth the cost.

9:04 AM 1/28/2017 EST. I just finished with my task above and I found  another

bottle of some turmeric curcunin so I won't need to buy those, but I did run out of

CoQ10 (200 mg), so I'll have to buy that when I go to Walmart. This supplement is

really, really expensive, but I'll save at least 1/2 the cost by purchasing the

assorted flavored gummies.

*I've eaten 3 sandwiches today. One was a King Oscar sardine and the other two

were sliced tomatoes on a bed of 100% whole wheat bread and real creamery

butter. It's one of the few times that I use real creamery butter.

*Since the election that Americans chose Donald Trump as their 45th president,

more Americans than ever (40%) are going online to seek out a new home in

Canada. Increases of 80% are related to students applying for college and

university admittance.

If you want to go to Canada it's going to cost you some bucks and admittance is

based on a point system. You need 1,200 points and are awarded points for the

following:

1.  Knowledge of English.

2.  Have a degree from an American credited college or university.

3.  Have a job in Canada.

4.  Some provinces offer residency if you make investments in the community.

POLITICS

*Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta is now the target of WikiLeaks. They

have released in the last several weeks, 33,000 to 50,000 emails.

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich said that this scandal, mainly

related to Hillary Clinton's emails, has "never in American history had the

depth of corruption" as we have ever seen. He said that this corruption has

"tarnished" the reputation of the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) and

while Podesta campaigned he was also meeting with Justice Department

officials. Gingrich believes that James Comey, Jr., the director of the FBI, is

the most corrupt director ever because he knew about the lies and the secret

meeting between Bill Clinton and the now former Attorney General, Eric H.

Holder, Jr., on an airplane that was taking Hillary to her next campaign stop.

*Senate Democrats are crying foul over President Trump's decision to create a

"Muslim Register" as a part of his refugee executive order.

with Trump.

*Ambassador to the U.N., Nikki Haley, is a tigress. She says the UN will look a

lot different and she's "Taking Names" of non-supporters.

*Trump will speak or has spoken by phone with Russia's Putin and Japan' Abe

today.

*Speaking on the new GOP plan for health care, Paul Ryan says the new plan's

goal is "Universal Access."

*Trump has spoken with Mexico's Nieto, both agreeing to quit the public "tiff"

over the Border Wall.

*In their continuing war of words, Trump has called the media the "Opposition

Party."

*First Lady Melania Trump has received the go ahead from a judge to move
