STORIES OF MY LIFE AND TOLD IN ONE DAY....
A Bible verse I ran across read "But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you
and protect you from the evil one." 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
I always say to my two sons "Don't be afraid of nothing. Walk in there like you
own the place." When your afraid your not free. Don't fret or worry about anything
no matter how an event can be so devastating to you.
I always say "it's up to God, just relax." God will protect you no matter what
happens and leave you here on earth or take you to a much, much better place,
God's home and yours' in Heaven.
I just read online that a woman disguised herself as the wife of GOP (means
"Grand Old Party" and Republican and dates back to 1875) lawmaker and
weaseled herself in to a Republican retreat in Philadelphia the same day that
President Trump and Vice President Pence where there.
The woman, like me, did just what I said above. ""Don't be afraid of nothing. Walk
in there like you own the place.""

WE CELEBRATE TODAY
*6:26 AM 1/29/2017 EST. I've searched far and wide but can't find anything to
celebrate today. Let me think a spell and maybe I can come up with something
before I post my story of today (#349) about 5:30 PM EST this evening.
*7:10 AM 1/29/2017 EST. This is not a day today or tomorrow of celebration, but
a day tomorrow of sadness, sorrow, outrage and genocide. The first day of the
beginning of the Holocaust. January 30, 1933 and ended years later on May 8, 1945.
Over 6 million of God's chosen people, the Jews, were murdered because they
were different.
And as I said before both Caricofe and Cline are German and I'm so ashamed that
my descendants would take part in killing of over 6 million of God's chosen people.

WORLD
*8:41 AM 1/29/2017 EST. From my computer screen and the Washington Post.
The first soldier to die under the Trump administration is killed in a raid in Yemen.
*Following President Trump's election win China is preparing itself for war with
the U.S. A Chinese military official said that the potential for war exists because
of the Trump administration's decision to level out its' Asian balance, the upgrading
of the missile defense capabilities in South Korea and the installation of U.S. bases
in the East and South China Seas. President Xi Jinping of China has promoted
some naval officers to higher commands and is planning naval exercises near
the East and South China Seas with their only aircraft carrier, the Liaoning, once
moving through the Taiwan Strait. The Chinese are also building islands in the area.
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has said that he hoped that his country could stop
China's presence in the East and South China Seas.
*In Brooklyn, a federal judge reversed or delayed an executive order signed by
President Trump to ban immigrant travel to the U.S. Because of worldwide outrage
and a law suit filed by ACLU ("The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is a
nonpartisan, non-profit organization whose stated mission is "to defend and
preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this
country by the Constitution and laws of the United States)." those people in airports
or other places around then country were finally allowed entrance to the U.S.
*Canada is accepting refugees but turning away Americans.
*18 Nobel Prize winners are outraged and sign a petition protesting Trump's ban
on refugees.
*Former and late President Ronald Reagan's son, Micheal, said his Dad would
back Trump on Muslim ban.
*Iran says it will respond in kind to Trump's "insulting" ban.

HEALTH
*I believe I've told you before that I've wished I'd lived 100 or 200 years ago.
Well, as it turns out, those people in that time in history ate better than we ever
thought of eating. The experts go onto say that our bodies are formatted to
ingest certain foods those people that lived so long ago did just that.
The switch from good foods to bad foods started in the 1950's when I was about
ten years old or so. Lard was changed to vegetable oil and vegetable oil is bad,
bad stuff and the right kind of vegetable oil can damage your brain more than
sugar. Sugar used to be the number 1 killer, but now it comes in second place.
Dr. Catherine Shanahan tells Newsmax Health that "we should replace vegetable
oil, canola, soy, sunflower, cottonseed, corn, grapeseed and safflower oil with
olive, peanut, macadamia nut, palm kernel and coconut oils. Other approved
choices include butter, as well as animal fats like lard and tallow.
She says overdosing on these bad oils causes chronic pain, colitis, obesity,
fatigue, and more."
Shanahan has studied biochemistry and genetics at Cornell University before
earning her medical degree at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

*Serena Williams won her record seventh Australian Open moving ahead of
Steffi Graf for the most major titles. Serena's win is her 23rd Grand Slam victory
which may never be equaled.
Serena has now beaten her older sister,Venus, for the seventh time in a major
final with the score 6-4, 6-4.
Venus (age 36) once said to her sister, "I have been right there with you. Some of
them I have lost right there against you. It's been an awesome thing, your win has
always been my win."
*The University of Baylor Bears football team is almost always ranked in the top 5
in the country with a high % won-lost record. However, the Baylor team did not do
as well last year winning the first 6 games and losing the last six. Some were close
but you know that that only counts in horseshoes. The team did get a bowl bid and
won that game over the Boise State Broncos 31-12 in the Motel 6 Cactus Bowl.
A former student from Baylor University has claimed she was raped by two foot-
ball players and has filed a lawsuit claiming that 52 rapes by more than 30 football
players occured over a four year period. The lawsuit filed by former student listed
in the documents as "Elizabeth Doe" also says that a "culture of sexual violence"
existed on campus.
If these allegations are true, Baylor University will face a myriad (large number)
of punishments from the The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

snow that came sometime during the night and I saw rabbit tracks, 4
individual foot prints after each landing and about 1 and 1/2 feet apart. I've not
finished eating my sandwich and I discovered 1/2 of a slicing tomato which I will
slice and add to my sandwich.

I have to go near Cleveland today to pick up my son Ryan who has been staying
with his uncle. That area gets more lake effect snow, but I'm not afraid to drive
in snow anymore after my experience in the Harrisonburg, Virginia Walmart
parking lot and the one in January of last year going through the pass and canyon
just southwest of Denver headed toward Las Vegas that I told you about.
