*I got back to the house yesterday about 4:30 PM after driving Carolyn to the

hair salon. I got lost on the way there after getting directions from Bill. Carolyn

phoned the salon and someone on the line guided me to the salon by phone

from where I was at at the time. I took Interstates 77 and 76 back most of the way

with more traffic than I wanted to contend with. The next time I'll use Google

*Michael and Erin (my son and daughter-in-law) got to the house last night

about 8:00 PM just as I was lying down to sleep. I got up, gave them each a hug

and then came back to my room and went to sleep.

*Michael and Erin got up about 11:30 AM because they staid up until

about 4:00 AM last night talking to Carolyn. We together have not decided what

we'll do today yet. Erin mentioned something about a cheese shop that I know

nothing about.

*Ryan is still in Berea, Ohio near Cleveland staying with his uncle for awhile,

but his mother said he wanted to come back home to see his brother so I'll

drive up to Berea tomorrow and drive Ryan back home to the house.

*International Fanny Pack Day

Observed the second Saturday of March

*Johnny Appleseed Day - Ryan and I usually go to the Johnny Appleseed Festival

that is held in Apple Creek, Ohio every year. It's only about a 20 minute drive

south of here.

Observed annually on March 11th and annually on September 26th

*National Promposal Day - Does this mean prompt disposal.

*Oatmeal Nut Waffles Day - Sounds "finger lickin good."

*World Day of Muslim Culture, Peace, Dialogue and Film

I have met many Muslims in my life and none of the radical variety.  I've met

and talked to two Muslim women recently. One was at the hospital in Virginia

where I was confined to the 5th floor. She was also a Kurd and was one of the

cleaning crew. The second that I remember was at the Walmart in Las Vegas

where I slept in the Honda. She worked at that Walmart and was always very

friendly to me.

I guess what I'm saying is everyone is pretty much the same except for their

belief in God, Allah, itc.

like that too.

"You already know working out regularly can help keep you slim, boost your

mood, aid your sleep, and even stave off disease. But a new study has identified

a potential mode of exercise that may help optimize the reversal of any unwanted

signs of aging — high-intensity interval training (HIIT)....

....The one thing HIIT wasn’t good for? Building muscle. That’s why a mix of HIIT

and strength training may offer the most benefits, as muscle mass tends to

decline with aging, Nair noted.

"If people have to pick one exercise, I would recommend high-intensity interval

training,” ("senior study author Sreekumaran Nair), said in the release, “but I

think it would be more beneficial if they could do 3-4 days of interval training

and then a couple days of strength training.”"

*Crime Number 2: Johnny's story was completed yesterday but not the memory

of him in my mind.

I'm still wondering what the status is of the event surrounding my dropped

billfold in the parking lot of the Verizon store in Wooster? If you don't remember

what I said I'll tell you. I dropped my billfold in the parking lot of the Verizon

store in Wooster. The unsubs ("UNknown SUBjects") took my billfold and charged

gas on my credit card 3 times in Wooster and 1 time in Barberton for an average

of about $60 each time. I've talked to the Wooster Police and fraud department

of my bank. If I have time, I'll phone each of them Monday.

help I, hopefully, can get in Chicago for those two young people. The are

eternally grateful to me for trying to help them and that pushes me to move

on even stronger in my ability to help them.

*Crime Number 3: "Aron the Scammer." "I didn't tell him that it was bogus and

would be on hold forever...."

So, my plan was to keep lying to "Aron the Scammer" that the check was still

being checked out and that I would send the Moneygram to Warsaw, Poland

when the check cleared. I had contacted the U. S. government agency that dealt

with international frauds and scams by email but I had received no reply as yet.

USA TODAY - 32 minutes ago. John Hult, USA TODAY NETWORK 6:02 a.m.

ET March 11, 2017.

"As thousands of Native Americans brought the Dakota Access pipeline protests

to the Trump International Hotel's front door on Friday, indigenous women were

there, leading the way, just as they have been for generations.

The Native Nations Rise march in Washington, D.C., is a continuation of a

year-long battle between the Standing Rock Sioux and environmentalists against

the government and pipeline corporations. Protesters held signs including,

"Honor Our Treaties," "Water is Life," "Stand With Standing Rock" — and

"Indigenous Women Rise."

Indigenous women across the U.S. have pushed boundaries and served as

guiding voices in struggles for land rights, cultural restoration and

environmental justice – often quietly, in service of their own communities......"
