""Beans, beans good for your heart the more you eat the more you" like them.""

Forrest Caricofe

Beans, beans!

The wonderful fruit.

The more you eat

The more you toot.

The more you toot

The better you feel,

So eat some beans

With every meal!

**1:18 PM 4/2/2017 EDT. I'm setting in McDonald's this very minute enjoying a

a sausage and egg biscut and a large coffee. The sandwich was $3.09 and the best

in the world coffee was $1.00. All of the other fast food places I know of charge

about $2.78 for a drink. That's how they make a larger profit. On drinks.

It's really crowded, but I found a seat with an electrical outlet in the southeast

corner of the building. There is only one couple in dress clothes so they were late

coming from church and the regular church crowd came in earlier.

**3:01 PM 4/2/2017 EDT. Time to leave. There are only a few people here now.

This is the best time to come to McDonald's, not to leave so I'll remember that

for next time.

Country in Europe

"Lithuania is a country and the southernmost of Europe’s Baltic states, a former

the Belarus border, is known for its medieval Old Town. It also has Gothic,

Renaissance and baroque architecture, and 18th-century cathedral built on a pagan

temple site. Hilltop Gediminas' Tower, a symbol of the city and the nation, offers

sweeping views.

**I know you're getting tired of me talking about health, but that's what us old

people do.

I've started to eat more like poor people do. I eat a variety of beans. Black beans,

re fried beans, navy beans, Lima beans, great northern beans, etc.

I've probably told you this before but I'm taking sips of bone broth and cod liver oil

and chasing that with apple cider vinegar and then Balsamic vinegar. You ought to

try it. They are the most nasty tasting liquids I've ever drank. Mother use to

spoon feed us kids cod liver, but I can't remember what we chased it with.

I'm continuing to take turmeric curcumin, "The Miracle Pill of the Century", I told

you about.

I'm still the oldest and healthiest in the house, so I must be doing something right.

**12:51 PM 4/2/2017 EDT. I've just finished jogging 1100 paces and plan to jog

another 1000 paces after I rest awhile.

**1:47 PM 4/2/2017 EDT. I've just added another 500 paces to the 1100 I've already

jog for a total of 1600. I able now to jog 200 paces without walking. I didn't make my

goal of 2000, but I'm making progress.
