YESTERDAY AND TODAY
**Yesterday. I completed my story (blog) of the day as well as publishing at least 1 video.
We received just a sprinkle of rain, enough I believed, to not water the plants.
I mowed most of the yard yesterday with about 45 minutes of mowing left to do before I
finish tomorrow. It became unusually cool near the end of my mowing and I went from
no shirt to 2 shirts, 1 being a long sleeve.
About 6:00 PM, I drove to Bell Stores gas station for gas for the lawn mower, to Subway
and Drabensttots for takeout and to Buehlers grocery store to make 2 copies, 5 cents each
and a penny for Governor Kasich for a total of 11 cents.
**Today. 8:02 AM 6/20/2017 EDT. I've just returned from Leach's Garage where I drove
the 2000 black VW for a strange noise. I turned out to be a rusted clamp and they also said
that the bendix on the starter was going bad. I scheduled an appointment for next
Tuesday, June 27 at 7:30 AM.
The weather forecast for today is for high and low temperatures of 78° and 60° with
mostly sunny skies. The only forecast for rain is tomorrow, Wednesday, tomorrow, and on
Friday, 3 days from now. I should be able to finish mowing the lawn to day and if I have
time, sow some more grass seed. And I will have to water the plants again this evening.
I HAVE SOMETHING ON MY MIND
**Yesterday I posted a thanks to all those who had made comments on my story (blog) of
the day or my videos:
"To all those who have commented on on my posts. To respond to them all may take the
rest of my life which may end tomorrow, so for now please accept my thanks to you all.
Thanks again, Forrest"
Are we guaranteed our tomorrows? No we're not.
I don't read any more because when Mother stopped reading books here on earth and
went to Heaven, I stopped reading books.
I've related to some people information on a book I read once. I was a fictional novel
about a group of monks in an underground chamber who were compiling a list of people's
dates of death until the year 2027. You know it's not true because it is a work of fiction,
just good reading, the author and title I don't remember.

Q: Does God know when every person is going to die, or is it all left up to chance? If He
does know, does that mean it can't be changed, even with the best medical help? I've
always been curious about this.
A: When we will die is not a matter of accident or chance; the Bible makes it clear that our
lives are in God’s hands. He knows the time of our death, and He has even appointed it.
The Bible says, “Man’s days are determined; you (God) have decreed the number of his
months and have set limits he cannot exceed” (Job 14:5).
9:27 AM 6/20/2017 EDT. I just received a phone call from 1 of the 2 nurse Jessica's at Dr.
Kwok's office telling me that I don't have lung cancer as a result of the lung cancer
screening last week that I told you about. Maybe God is going to give to me another day or
so?
But, there may be no tomorrows for any of us. You never know.
