YESTERDAY

**After publishing my daily log and several videos, I went outdoors to spread 2 bags of pearl

black mulch, sow some grass seed, dig up some weeds to take back to the firepit and allow to

dry for burning later, tie up a sunflower that had fallen to the ground, fill all the bird feeders and

water all the flower beds and the brown places in the yard.

I later drove to Orrville to Taco Bell and China Buffet for takeout. My favorite at Taco Bell is the

beef soft taco and I bought 2 to replace the baby back ribs that I usually eat with my nightly

salad. After driving back to the house, I prepared my nightly salad to include the 4 fermented

foods I have, watched 'Law and Order' while I ate and then my simple prayer and went to bed.

TODAY

**I have 2 HP 15 computers that I purchased, 1 for me, purchased in Omaha and 1 for the

remainder of the house that I purchased at the Wooster Walmart for a little over $300 with the

extended warranty. When I got up this morning (5:03 AM 8/21/2017 EDT) my computer was

updating the screen reading "this will take awhile." I had forgotten that I had set the computer

to update the on August 21, now hoping that none of processing videos will read "upload

cancelled," but will allow me to "restore pages." So I'm now typing on the other computer on

top of my dresser having changed this computer from the desk beside the large TV to here and

my computer to the desk remembering that the wireless mouses must also be changed to

match the USB plugs. After I complete this daily blog of today, I'll send this blog by email to my

computer and then publish it through blogger.com and OnlyWire from there.

The forecast calls for high and low temperatures of 83° and  68° with thunderstorms and again

tomorrow. My Acurite Weather Gauge displays a present temperature of 68°, a barometric

pressure of 30.01 and an almost full moon tonight.

Total Solar Eclipse 2017: When, Where and How to See It (Safely)?

By Calla Cofield and Tariq Malik | August 21, 2017 05:00am ET.

Excerpt from full article:

"The path of totality for the Aug. 21, 2017, total solar eclipse is about 70 miles wide and

stretches from Oregon to South Carolina. It passes through Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas,

Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

At most, the moon will completely cover the disk of the sun for 2 minutes and 40 seconds.

Ohio is closer to Illinois and Kentucky and if it is at least partially view-able from here the times:

Carbondale, IL - 11:52 a.m. 01:20 p.m. 01:22 p.m. 02:47 p.m. (CDT).

Paducah, KY - 11:54 a.m. 01:22 p.m. 01:24 p.m. 02:49 p.m. (CDT)."

guide.html.

With time and not constant thunderstorms and lightening, I hope to dig out more weeds from

the flower beds and the yard, sow more grass seed, spread the remaining bags of pearl black

mulch, divide and dig up plants that I can replant elsewhere, plant some of the flower bulbs and

hang and fill a humming bird feeder that I've had for a while.

I HAVE SOMETHING ON MY MIND

**I've had prostate troubles for about 10 years or more, standing to pee for almost 2 minutes or

more until my urine starts to flow. I've also had skin cancer on the right side of my forehead and

about 3 places on my back. This blog is not about young people or women unless women have

had a sex change operation, maybe, or trouble with your pooping system.

"Other than skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men. The

American Cancer Society’s estimates for prostate cancer in the United States for 2017 are:

About 161,360 new cases of prostate cancer.

About 26,730 deaths from prostate cancer.

Risk of prostate cancer:

About 1 man in 7 will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime.

Prostate cancer develops mainly in older men. About 6 cases in 10 are diagnosed in men aged

65 or older, (I'm 74) and it is rare before age 40. The average age at the time of diagnosis is

about 66.

Deaths from prostate cancer:

Prostate cancer is the third leading cause of cancer death in American men, behind lung cancer

and colorectal cancer. About 1 man in 39 will die of prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer can be a serious disease, but most men diagnosed with prostate cancer do not

die from it. In fact, more than 2.9 million men in the United States who have been diagnosed

with prostate cancer at some point are still alive today."

As little as 2 weeks ago, I was standing to pee as much as 2 minutes or more, but now, because

of the changes in my eating and drinking habits, I'm standing to pee only about 30 seconds.

My secret: I'm eating gluten free foods which contain no glue to hold them together and along

with cheese that needs glue to hold it together, my once swollen prostate has been reduced to a

smaller size allowing me to pee much sooner.

I'm continuing to eat and drink fermented products, along with a probiotic dietary supplement

(50 billion active cultures), containing 30 vegetarian capsules and sold at Walmart, that helps

my gut and the rest of my pooping system.

So, my health advice for today is to follow what I've typed above to maintain or restore your

peeing and pooping system.
