**YESTERDAY. I published my daily blog, 1 about a picture postcard that I had

received in the mail from someone who lives in Moscow, Russia, 1 video, and 2

collection of tweets, 1 in the morning and 1 in late evening.

In the early afternoon, I went outdoors to paint the outside of the back enclosed

deck and later walked to the southeast corner flower bed to gather some more

roma tomatoes.

After going back indoors, showering and dressing, I drove to Wooster to Drug

Mart for some items we needed and then drove the 1/2 mile distance to KFC for

a bucket of chicken and 4 sides.

I could have watched the Cleveland Browns play, but only kept tabs on them on

my computer at The final score was 12-9, the Browns losing to the

Titans in overtime, their record is now 0-7. A year later, I believe, the same

**TODAY. There is 1 more video waiting on YouTube for me to publish. Besides

that there's nothing on our schedule for today. So, I'll have time to publish this

main blog I'm working on right now, 6:06 AM 10/23/2017 EDT, 2 collection of

tweets and maybe a collection of what I believe are my best quotes from the

Rain today, tomorrow and the next day. That's all I'm going to type about the

weather, we both are tired of me typing about the weather conditions.

**What does the Bible say about greed?

Luke 12:15 ESV (English Standard Version)

"And he said to them, “Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness,

for one's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.”"

Meaning to me that God looks down upon us for desiring material possessions,

wanting us to have the things we need, but not want.

All of us know examples of greed.

My Uncle Orvin, my Mother's oldest brother, farmed his Father's farm, was twice

married, his first wife dying in the hospital in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Uncle Orvin

changed his will after his 2nd marriage leaving everything to his second wife.

Uncle Orvin died from a farm accident and all the farm property was left to her.

Instead of doing the right thing, giving the property to my first cousin, Louis who

had taken over the running of the farm, I believe she sold the farm to Louis and

kept the money for herself. That event was a long time ago, Louis who shares my

same birthday, finally paid off the farm a few short years ago.

The last 2 days I've typed about our friends Lonnie and Laura's deaths and the

aftermath has involved greed also. Like a bunch of vultures, several people have

ransacked Lonnie and Laura's apartment searching for anything of value. We

don't now who they are for sure, but 1 is a known drug dealer. Laura's only

sister, still grieving over her sister's death, has taken over by calling the Wayne

County Sheriff's Department and Lonnie and Laura's landlord to ensure that

nothing else is taken by those filled with greed.
