**YESTERDAY. Published 2 collections of Tweets, 2 collections of Quotes &
Other Things and my main blog on Mother and I walking.
I later drove to Orrville to take our dog, Dolly Jo, a hyperative Maltese, to her
hair salon, Wags & Whiskers, for her 1:00 PM appointment, picking her up at
4:00 PM. I then drove back to Orrville to China Buffet and McDonald's for
takeout.
**TODAY. 3:26 AM 11/11/2017 ET. I just shared Lee Greenwood's son 'God
Bless America' to Facebook and other social media.
The weather forecast calls for a high of 38° with partly cloudy skies, a little bit
warmer than the 31° high of yesterday. The temperatures will climb upwards to
a high of 52° next Friday with rain and then down again like a roller coaster. I'm
hoping I'll be able to finally get the new American banner flag placed in the
front yard. We'll see how it goes.

have died let's remember them in our heart."

I HAVE SOMETHING ON MY MIND
**From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
"Veterans Day is the American holiday when people who had served in the
military during war-time are remembered and are thanked. It is both a federal
and a state holiday. The holiday is celebrated on the same day as Armistice Day
or Remembrance Day in other countries. These holidays are all November 11.
This is the day seen as the end of World War I. The first World War ended on
November 11, 1918.
The holiday was first created as Armistice day in 1919 by President Woodrow
Wilson. Thirty states made it a state holiday that year. It was made a holiday for
the entire country in 1938. In June 1, 1954, the name was replaced to Veterans
Day."

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
Veterans Day or Veteran's Day or Veterans' Day may refer to:
Veterans Day is an annual United States holiday honoring military veterans
(November 11).
Armed Forces Day (United Kingdom), event in the United Kingdom, called
"Veterans Day" 2006–2008 (generally last Saturday of June).
Veterans Day (Netherlands), "Veteranendag" in the Netherlands (end of June).
Veterans Day (Norway), "Veterandagen" in Norway (8 May).
Veterans Day (South Korea) (8 October).
Veterans Day (Sweden), "Veterandagen" in Sweden (29 May).
National Veterans' Day, "kansallinen veteraanipäivä", the remembrance day of
the last day of the Second World War in Finland (27 April)."
Something I believe we have forgotten about is thanking not just the veterans,
but also their family's that have supported them. I believe that's the right thing
to do.
