*"My Uncle Jack Wimer repaired lawn mowers in his shop just
back of his house in Dayton, Virginia. I use to walk in the vicinity
of Dayton and Bridgewater and would see him decorating the
family graves every once in a while at the Oak Lawn Cemetery.
I would see him in McDonald s' in Bridgewater where we tried to
buy each other a coffee. He served in the Korean War sometime
between 1950 and 1953. He is in Heaven now so I'll thank him
for his service from here on earth."
